Each of our manufacturers has their own return policy, and we require
you follow their procedures to return or exchange your items.
Earthlite
Massage Warehouse guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell.
If an item does not meet your expectation, please follow these procedures
within 30 days from the date of shipment to insure a prompt replacement,
refund, or credit.
New and Un-opened Returns within 30 days: We are happy to accept products
that are returned within 30 days from the date of shipment in new condition
and in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping
cost. Items returned after 30 days will incur an additional 10% Restocking
Fee. Items over 90 days may not be returned.
Non-Returnable Items: For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened
products like oils, lotions, personal care products, creams, books, videos,
music, CDs, DVDs, brochures and software. Returns on washed linens, worn clothing,
or used disposable garments will not be accepted. Special orders and custom built
tables are non-returnable.
Defective/Damaged Products: Although we carry high quality products, we recognize
that sometimes there will be that occasional defective or damaged unit that you were
unlucky enough to receive. Within the first 30 days of the date you receive your order
we will be happy to replace or repair the item at no additional cost to you. Please
call Heather at Superior Spa Equipment 1-800-990-5593 and she will walk you through
the returns process.
How to Return Non-Defective Products: All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number
(RA#) printed on the outside of the shipping box. If we don't see an RA#, the box will
be returned to you at your expense. Please follow these steps to insure a prompt replacement,
refund, or credit:
Call 1-800-990-5593 and ask for Heather. More than likely Heather will be able to issue you
a Return Authorization Number (RA#). YOU MUST RECEIVE a Return Authorization Number before
sending back a product.
- Include a note stating purchaser's name, address and order number and reason for return.
- Be sure to include RA#.
- Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail, UPS or FEDEX.

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required from TouchAmerica to return
an item. Items returned without this number will be refused. A restocking charge may apply
to any returned item.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days for a complete
refund (excluding custom orders and freight). Call Heather at Superior Spa Equipment for a
‘Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)’ number. Some exceptions may apply.
Note: Products must be in new condition and returned in original packing material.
TouchAmerica manufactures a wide range of products and warranties vary. Warranties for our
products are as follows:
Massage Tables
Stationary and motorized tables – Ten years on structure, (structure excludes foam, fabric,
and all electric/motorized components). One year on electronics and mechanical/electrical.
Portable Tables and QuickLite Chairs
Five years on structure. Structure excludes foam, fabric, and all electric parts on table.
Hydrotherapy Equipment
Wet tables, showers and tubs – two years on structure, one year manufacturer’s warranty on
mechanical and electrical.
Fabric/Miscellaneous
Not warranted on any tables or other equipment. All accessories and options made by TouchAmerica
carry a one year warranty. Fabric and foam not warranted on any tables or other equipment. Hot
Towel Cabis carry a one year warranty. All accessories and options not manufactured by TouchAmerica
carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
